Overview

The Desktop Compliance Software is made up of different modules designed to assist you in meeting your obligations under the National Law and Regulations, National Quality Standards and best practices.

Your Dashboard provides an overview of activities across the entire system;

  1. Policy in Review - will show the name of a policy that has been selected to be the focus for updating/feedback/comments

  1. Quick links to draft, published and policies due for review

  1. Summary of all documents in the system

  1. New Policy Updates – any of your policies linked to a Desktop policy, so that you receive notification of updates, are listed here

  1. Recently Updated – listing of all documents in The Desktop library which have been updated by our Compliance Team

  1. Pending Reviews – more detailed listing of policies in review status

  1. Notifications – a list of all activity relevant to a user (e.g., a task or training has been assigned to you, policy submitted for your approval) plus any notifications of activity by The Desktop Team related to new or updated documents

  1. Calendar Overview – see all upcoming Tasks (including policy review dates), Training and Induction Processes scheduled
