Working with another team member when drafting a new policy

Drafting a new policy or editing a policy is often done in collaboration with another Team Member.

To share a policy with another Team Member, click on the Share/Internal button, when editing a policy

Then you can click on the relevant Team Member's name from the list which pops up and click share

The user you have selected will receive a notification advising you have shared the policy with them and they will be able to provide their comments - which you will see in real time.

You will also be able to work on the policy at the same time.  You will be able to see their changes as they make them - see sample collaboration below
